NOTE: Any person not satisfied with the actions of a coach, game official and/or league official shall first bring their complaint to their own individual league for handling of the issue. The individual league may decide to handle the matter internally on its own or refer the matter to the GLYFL Board of Directors. Any person not satisfied with the actions of an individual league must first make their complaint known to their league and allow that league time to respond to the complaint. If the response by the individual league is not acceptable to the person bringing the complaint, then that person may appeal to the GLYFL Board of Directors. Any appeal must be submitted in writing, clearly outlining the specific facts which form the basis of the appeal, and setting forth the specific relief requested. The Board will decide whether a presentation to the Board by the appealing party is necessary in order to render its decision on the appeal. All decisions by the GLYFL Board of Directors shall be final.
